After 3 or 4 times using the product (we really liked it!) the display no longer turns on, and the temperature cannot be set. This is now more useless than a stainless steel mug.
As someone who is constantly on the go, this tumbler has been a game changer for my coffee! It keeps my coffee hot for hours and I love that I can control the temperature myself directly on the tumbler without having to download an app. And an added bonus is that I was able to personalize it with my initials so I don't have to worry about anyone accidentally grabbing it!

I love this thing. As a pilot I am constantly drinking coffee. My biggest pet peeve in the world is cold coffee. With this travel mug I am always able to keep my coffee warm. I love the fact that I am able to charge my cup with the charging deck that it comes with and that I can change the temperature right on the mug. No app needed. I cannot recommend this cup enough!!
